Refund eligibility:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all The American Web Studio and logo design services. If you are not satisfied with the final product or have any concerns about the quality of our work, please let us know immediately. We will do everything in our power to address your concerns and provide a solution.

Refund requests:

If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 30 days of receiving the final product. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for consideration. Please email us at info@theamericanwebstudios.com with your request, and we will respond within 3 business days to discuss the issue.

Refund amount:

If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the website or logo design service. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Non-refundable services:

Please note that the following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registration
  • Website hosting fees
  • Additional services requested after the initial project agreement

Cancellation of services:

If you decide to cancel your project before it is completed, we will refund any payments made for services not yet rendered.
